All of our guest rooms are en-suite, pleasantly decorated, fully central heated and have double-glazed windows with all of the following features:

Children are very welcome at The Manor Grove -- children twelve years old and under who are sharing their parents bedroom are only half price! Also there is no charge for babies under two years old sleeping in a cot.

Breakfast is served from 8:30am till 9:15am every day -- however the times for breakfast can be amended to suit Conference and Special Occasion requirements (please contact us to discuss). We also provide options for vegetarian diets and are able make special arrangements for special dietary requirements.

The Manor Grove Guest House is an ideal base for delegates who are attending a Conference, and for Music and Dance Festival Competitors as we are located extremely close to the Winter Gardens and Blackpool Opera House.
